As a Junior Product Designer at Tether, you will be an integral part of our dynamic, fast-moving team, supporting the design and evolution of Keet, a groundbreaking P2P, privacy-first communication app. Working closely with our Product Design Lead, you’ll help shape intuitive and clean product experiences for both desktop and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly and accessible interfaces and flows for Keet across mobile and desktop.
• Create wireframes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity prototypes, and final UI screens using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Design Lead to execute and iterate on new features and product enhancements.
• Prepare design specifications and assets for developers to ensure seamless handoffs and implementation.
• Contribute to user research initiatives and usability testing efforts to gather insights and validate designs.
• Actively participate in design critiques, planning sessions, and asynchronous reviews to foster a collaborative design environment.
• Occasionally assist in creating compelling marketing or visual assets to support Keet’s brand identity and promotional activities.
• Deliver high-quality design work consistently in a fast-paced, fully remote global environment.

Essential Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in product design, UX design, or UI design.

• A strong understanding and keen eye for layout, hierarchy, interaction design, and usability principles.
• A solid portfolio showcasing digital product work, personal concepts, and effective problem-solving skills.
• An eagerness to learn quickly and take initiative on tasks, even with initial guidance.
• Comfortable collaborating effectively with developers and various cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for our global remote team.

Bonus Points:

• Experience or strong interest in Web3 technologies, messaging platforms, or privacy-first product design.
• Background in graphic design to support occasional branding and marketing needs.
